 All of the materials that are available on this website were produced between September 2004 and November 2005. The dates of when each work was produced are made available on the pages, and in the alternative, the dates of when each work was produced is available for inspection at the address set forth below. All of the visual depictions which were produced after July 3, 1995 comply with Title 18 U.S.C. §2257. The remaining visual depictions that are available on this website are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75 because they do not portray conduct as listed in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A) through (D), but are instead depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created before July 3, 1995. All of the visual depictions on the website depict individuals who were at least eighteen (18) years old when the visual depictions were created.
